All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During releases, processing times may be slightly extended due to order volume. 

Shipping Times 

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Members-only promotions or early access periods may include special shipping offers.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrie has marked the order as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
